MEASURING THE INFORMAL LEARNING OF WHITE-COLLAR HYBRID WORKING
EMPLOYEES
This study investigated how employees engage in informal workplace learning in a hybrid environment, which can help organizational leaders learn how to optimally promote IWL to encourage employee development.
